Order Cancellation

• Before Shipment: You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. To request cancellation, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
• After Shipment: Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refund Policy

• Eligibility for Refunds: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may require proof of damage or a return of the item before processing the refund.
• Non-Refundable Items: Perishable goods, such as fresh livestock and agricultural products, are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive in damaged or unsatisfactory condition.
• Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
• Replacement or Refund : Replacement or Refund will be decided after proper verification by the authorised personnel of the company only. 

Replacement Policy

If a replacement is requested for a damaged or defective product, we will initiate the process upon receipt and verification of the returned product. Replacement availability may depend on product stock.
